When it's done well, and done
correctly,
the addition of audio and/or video to a business web site can be
an effective selling or informational tool. Audio and/or video
is a great way to present product demonstrations, for example ...
or perhaps historical footage related to your company, industry,
products, or services.
Do It Well -- your customers won't want to sit through
a lengthy download, and they won't tolerate poor quality audio
or video. It has to be done right, or you risk turning customers
away.
Do It Correctly -- don't force your audio or video content onto
site users. Let them choose to see or hear it, and let them know
how big the file is, how long the download might be, and what software
(if any) they'll need after the download.
OWT can take your existing analog or digital audio
and video and develop a professional version appropriate
for use on your web site. We use professional
digital editing software and can create audio
and video files that download quickly without
sacrificing quality.
Samples / Examples
OWT has produced several video clips for use by
our client, I. Weiss. Here are some examples:

Streaming Audio / Video
OWT can also stream your audio or video to a live
audience. We frequently webcast local high school
sporting events, Tri-City Fever live football
games, and the Rumble on the River hydroplane
races each summer via a QuickTime Streaming Broadcast.
Streaming content can result in substantial bandwidth
charges but for commercial ventures or limited
events can be quite successful.
DVD Authoring
In addition to our web site-targeted work, OWT
is also able to create and edit audio/video content
for your next DVD project. We use professional
software including Final Cut Pro, DVD Studio Pro,
Motion, and Soundtrack Pro to create memorable,
effective DVD presentations.
