CSS stands for Cascading
Style Sheets. It's a powerful scripting tool that
allows for greater control over the stylistics
elements of a web site. It helps make your web
site more attractive and easier to manage. OWTweb.com
uses CSS, as does just about every site we've
designed over the past couple years.
Javascript is
used in a wide variety of applications including image slide shows,
navigation, calculation of numbers, etc. Javascript
is supported by nearly all web browsers in use today and doesn't
require the download of additional software or plug-ins. Still,
we use javascript with prudence because the prevalence of pop-up
ads has led many web users to turn javascript off in their browser(s).
CGI is
often used for email forms and other interactive tools that allow
your customers to communicate with you directly through your
web site. Our programmers have writtens dozens of custom CGI scripts
that add functionality to a web site. Let us know what you want

Rates
Programming services are billed on an hourly basis depending
on the type of work we're hired to do:
CGI programming: $55/hour for custom scripting; $45/hour for
install of existing script
CSS / Javascript programming: $45/hour
