Our system installs on your OWT-hosted web site,
and can be used both on your "public"
web site where customers visit, or on your "backend"
where only your staff can access the documents.
Here are some of the features that make the File
Exchange System such a valuable business tool:
- Accepts almost any file format (MS Word, Excel,
PDF, JPG, GIF, TIFF, TXT, etc.)
- Accepts files up to 8 mb by default (can be
increased for unique needs)
- No limit to the number of files that can be
stored
- System can be password-protected to limit
access
- Files can be assigned to any number of "targets"
(categories)
- Files can be archived year-to-year

Pricing
Installation of our File Exchange System is $150.
There is no monthly or annual usage fee for clients
with low file quantities. Clients who need a large
amount of file storage will be quoted on an individual
basis.
Custom development of the File Exchange System
beyond the standard install is billed at an hourly
rate of $50.
